Faith Day 2014

>> Saturday, November 22, 2014

Every year, on November 21st, we celebrate the day that Faith came into our family. Some people call it "Adoption Day" or "Gotcha Day." We call call it "Faith Day!"

This year we got to celebrate Faith Day in Albuquerque! We started the day out by going to get donuts with just the four of us! Faith had to have a pink donut with sprinkles!

This was a special time for us! We are so thankful that Faith has been in our family for five years now!! We couldn't have chosen a better fit for our family. We're so blessed with her!
Later that evening we went to Cici's Pizza with Tim's parents and some of our good friends.
I love this picture! Jojo and his Papa sure love each other!
Here's Faith with her Nammy! There's a lot of love between these two!
After dinner we took the kids roller skating as part of the Faith Day celebration! It was the first time Faith ever roller skated and she LOVED it! She fell a lot. Every time she did, she was laughing and then she'd just get right back up and keep trying.
Joseph and Sammy are best buds!
Faith used this walker on wheels to help her as she was learning to stay up on the skates.
Daddy was brave enough to put skates on too! He's such a good Daddy, helping his kids!
At one point Faith really wanted to skate without the walker. She did it, even though it was challenging.
Faith and Noah have so much fun together!
Of course we had to take a group shot of the two dads and the kids on skates! What a fun memory we have celebrating Faith Day with these great friends!
Every year I send 12 pictures to Ethiopia. Here are the pictures of Faith that I sent this year.
