Faith Day 2013

>> Sunday, November 24, 2013

Every year we celebrate "Faith Day," which is the anniversary of Faith's adoption. This is a special day for our family as we remember the day that we became a family of four! It's tradition for the kids to put on their Ethiopian clothes. We're thankful for our precious Ethiopian born children!

We had a short photo shoot at a beach before dinner. I love taking pictures of these kiddos!

There's something really special about Faith's smile! It's hard not to smile when she's smiling. Her laugh is also contagious! This picture was probably my favorite from the photo shoot. What a great girl!!

Here's a video of Faith writing her name in the sand:

She has such a fun personality and I liked how these pictures captured her spunk! She sure makes life interesting!
The kids and I stopped at a play place so they could have some fun! Joseph got to play a little basketball and Faith jumped on the trampoline.
Then we went the lagoon, the same place we've celebrated the last few years.
Isn't it so beautiful at night?
Faith was so excited to have strawberry Sprite... something special to celebrated such a special girl!
We had dinner at Johnny Rockets and the employees were so sweet to give our kids special balloons! They even wrote a sweet note about Faith Day on the balloons!
The kids had a fun time running around outside and climbing the tree! The weather was amazing! It was nice to be outside!
Every year we have to turn in 12 photos of Faith. Here are the pictures we sent in this year.
