August was a crazy busy month for our family, but we enjoyed it! We had one month in Denver. Tim was taking a four week course for teaching English as a second language. While he was in class the kids and I did a lot of fun things and got to catch up with a lot of people! Here are a few of the kids' favorite times in August!
This first picture is when Joseph and Faith got to ride in Grampa's truck!! What an adventure they had!! This was one of their favorite things!
We got to go to the Denver Zoo a few times and the kids loved it! The first time we went was with a bunch of family. In this picture we are with my mom, my brother Andrew, and my grandma! What a fun time!!
Grandma and Grampa took us on the Georgetown train!!! That was a fun experience!!
We went swimming on several occasions and that was fun!! Here's a picture of Joseph and Faith with their cousins John and Emma! Fun, fun, fun!!!
One night we went to a Rockies game!! This was a new experience and we are still talking about it! The game was fun, but I think Joseph was especially interested in the guys walking around selling things like frozen lemonade! Faith thought they were selling candles! haha!
Another time Joseph got to go with Grampa and Uncle Ross on go karts and bumper cars!! It was so much fun! Faith was very disappointed that she was too little to go. Next time you'll get to go, Faithy!
